Dormant fig tree doesn't want to wake up

Hello guys,
I have had this tree for 3 years. I always wintered it in my basement and it was fine. But this time it was different - I've got it out of the basement about 1 month ago and it still hasn't woken up yet. I haven't changed anything from previous years, so I have no idea what it might be.

I'd be grateful for any help.

Scratch the bark. If you do not see any greenish color it is dead.

Is there any swelling of buds and if so just give it more time. If there is no bud swell move the plant to a warm area with indirect lighting. Water it and fertilize it at half strength and be patient.

Oh heck; it’s a fig tree! Put it outside in FULL SUN and let it wake-up there. No need to be all gentle and tender with it.
