This is Dwarf Umbrella tree (Heptapleurum arbicola, formerly Schefflera arboricola), an evergreen shrub or small tree in the Aralia Family (Araliaceae), native to Hainan and Taiwan.

This is (Heptapleura arbicola, formerly Schefflera arboricola), native to Taiwan.
