Did that happen because my avocado lacked nutrients?

I woke up in the morning and I saw that this leaf fell from my plant:

That would be my guess, lack of nutrition, especially micro-nutrients. When was the last time you fertilized and with which fertilizer?

Do the rest of the leaves look the same? If the rest are healthy that might just be an old leaf the plant doesn’t need anymore.
