I've read delphiniums only last a couple of years. I can't figure out if one is not going to come back this year because it has no signs of sprouting, or if it's just this goofy Michigan weather. Although I got a brand new delphiniums from last year it's already a few inches tall. My Jacob Cline black-eyed Susans Etc are all growing and showing signs of life. Do you think I should just call it Dad and plant something new
