Its been warn enough that my horse radish keeps coming back. This is not the first time we have a warm winter, its only Jan so we can still get dumped on before spring and that's only 2 months away.

El Nino causes us in NW Europe to have a winter of two halves; December and 1st part Jan mild and wet; 2nd part Jan-possibly March, cold.

We are having a cold winter here in the Pacific Northwest of Washington State. There have been a few sprinkling of snow so far, but nothing really to speak of yet. That is very strange that your weather is warm enough for potatoes.
