I mentioned in the herb thread that I had mustard cress in an egg salad (I believe you call it egg mayonnaise) sandwich and got some helpful tips on how to grow it, but before I get more seeds I want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing. Could someone take a look at these eBay search results and tell me which variety of cress you generally use in egg sandwiches?

If I had to guess, this looks most like the green stuff in my sandwich:

but it has nothing about cress.

:D Never been called Dear & British in the same sentence before :D

The second link looks like what we would call Cress, some odd stuff in the first one.

The second one looks about right! :)

Now what you need to do is also prepare yourself some cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off, makes some scones and get some clotted cream and jam, and you've got yourself an afternoon tea! Spiffing eh what?! :D
