Daylilies not blooming

My daylilies are very slow blooming. I have seen bloomed daylilies in other yards, so far mine have not put out any feelers to bloom. I water them and they are in full sun. Any ideas?

Not sure. Around here only Stella de Oro seem to bloom this early. The others usually won't bloom until July.

I don't have any blooms yet either, but starting to see the buds forming. This year has not been good for the flowers in general. Most of them are on the slow side and stay little.

Maybe I am rushing them although I do see some in other yards with lots of color.
