Climbing hydrangea trellis ideas

Just bought a climbing hydrangea to put on the side of the garage. I bought a dwarf, supposed to climb about 15-25 feet. I put it on the corner of the garage to trail up and then right if that makes sense? Any tips or ideas for trellis for this?
