Climbing Hoya in Virginia - what to do for winter?

I have a potted climbing Hoya, I live in Richmond, VA. Is it best that I bring it inside for the winter? Or will it survive outside?

You need to bring it inside. They will tolerate temps down to 30* but look worse the longer and colder it gets.
