Friend I love your determination and persistence. I agree that those probe meters are inaccurate and will give false readings. If you want to get a pH meter for liquids you can test the discharge with accuracy.

I use a triple beam scale to weigh my small cups to know exactly when to water. I weigh the cup dry and write the weight on top of the cup. When the weight gets to 20 gram to the dry weight I water again. Its very tricky and easy to over or under water when trying to water by eye.
Thanks! Your method sounds pretty accurate, I'll try it out.

I also have non digital PH strips, see the amazon link I posted above which gave me similar results
I would believe the accuracy of the test stips but the only thing is they aren't very precise.

So the test strips showed between 5-6 depending on the color which was consistent with my digital tester so idk.

Definitely seeing improvement. A few of the seedlings have starting shooting out some new leaves so I guess thats a a step in the right direction. I did have a little trouble though with watering from the bottom. I left them in a bucket of water and the top didn't get moist. Left them in it for 45 min.

Are you sure you have enough drainage holes?

These are the drainage holes on my current pots. It's possibly they need to be widened to allow water to be absorbed into the soil.

Ok, I'll drill some larger holes. Was out of town for a few days, came back and looks like most of the seedlings are growing the 3rd set of leaves so looks promising. I'll probably repot into better draining pots when its time for the next rounnd of fertilizer.

roots look good to me. I did repot them with fresh soil from a 4in port to a 6in pot. Ill try using some Down To Earth 3-3-3 mix on the top of the soil and see if it helps
Around how long should I wait after adding fertilizer to see results?

Also I made a mistake in my original post. They were planted mid November.
:):):)
