Can you compost tea and teabags?

Turns out Teapigs have switched back to biodegradeable bags

To me it reads that the bags are partially biodegradeable. There is still some type of netting left. I got tired of picking Them out of my compost pile. I wish they would disintegrate over time but they never seem to.
