Can someone please identify this bulb? The seller told me theyre gladiolus but they look so small! They came in an unmarked plastic bag

The base looks right, like a corm. I only grew glads once, a row of them, and when I lifted them they had produced hundreds of tiny corms. I was weeding odd plants out for a couple of years, anyway, I am sure some were a good bit smaller than that. I don't know if it is big enough to give you a flowering plant first year, as I say I only grew them once and that was a while ago, but at a guess I would say they are what they say on the box, sorry, unmarked plastic bag, hmmm.
Maybe someone who grew some and when he lifted them found ...

there is a small type of gladiolus it could be one of those. I know I have a small type tucked in one of my beds, sprouts up mid summer. don't ask me the name. but do recall its in that family. Google.
