Can anyone tell me whats with my kale?

So I was going to feed some Kale from my garden to my reptiles a bearded dragon some of you may or may not know what those are but that’s besides the point. Anyways while I was going to cut some I gave it a wash and I noticed these weird brown specs on the Kale I’m not sure if you'll be able to see them since the pictures aren’t the best but if anybody knows what these are please let me know I’d love to feed some of my garden Kale to my reptiles but I’m just worried this isn’t safe to feed them.
