Can anyone identify this succulent?

It was on sale for 50p at my local supermarket, but it didn't have the plastic tag that tells you what it is or how to care for it.

I reckon that could be Kalanchoe pumila. Nice and easy to care for and to propagate.

Whatever you do - don`t overwater it. In fact, leave it now after its initial watering and wait until spring. Then it would be an idea to stick it in a wider pot with some new compost, water it well then, and it will spread out over the pot - like this

Hi Matt:

It looks like Kalanchoe sexangularis. Most Kalanchoe are native to Madagascar, but this is one of the species from southeastern Africa. There really aren't any good common names for it, but Red-leaved kalanchoe or Bosveldplakkie will do in a pinch.
