Good afternoon,
I’m hoping someone can help me identify this small tree I have in my new garden. I’m a complete novice when it comes to this so it may be easy but I can’t seem to find anything online when I describe it in a search engine! I would be very grateful if anyone could help me.

thanks

Ha as above complete novice , that’s maybe why I couldn’t find anything on google as I was using tree in my search. It’s so big I think that’s what fooled me into thinking it was a tree ‍♀️

Welcome MrsF14. :) Definitely a Camellia, it's too early for Peonies here in Britain and they are herbaceous perennials.
