Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

I wish I was better at identifying palm seedlings, but the truth is many of them look quite similar until they develop more adult leaves.

However, I can help you out my saying the first plant is not a Palm (Arecaceae). It looks like it might be a Swamp-lily (Crinum sp.) in the Amaryllis family (Amaryllidaceae), though even then I'd like to see the plant more mature for final determination.

Back to the palm seedlings, the second palm (3rd photo) appear to be a palmate-leaved Fan Palm, while those in the 2nd, 4th and 5th photos appear more likely to be pinnate-leaved Feather Palms, but of course those are only general categories.

What was your source for these young palms? That could possibly narrow down the possibilities.

A wide variety of palms can be grown in southern Florida, though certainly some are more common than others. There are several dozen species used commonly as street trees and landscaping plants, but a botanical garden or sophisticated private collection could have many more. It will be interesting to watch them mature. Please do post more pics as they get larger.
