Can a cut off bloomed rose produce hips?

Hi friends I'm new to gardening and have a touch of class pink rose bush it's too hot already and too low humidity, I have took a bloomed flower and have it in my propagator in a root riot cube with a TDS of 650 of grow and bloom mixed in RO water with a ph 6.7 my Hope's are I can root this cutting and or can I make it fi dish producing the hip it's got started ?

If you cut off a rose bloom, it will not produce a hip. You have to leave the bloom on the rose to get hips.

I hoped for the best and found out the hard way, I've got shade tarps and giving her bloom nutrients and she has 3 new blooms starting, thanks for the reply, may the sun reach your garden today
