Over the years I've made a few videos to help with the identification of cacti.

One of my favourite groups are the Opuntias.

This is a guide to the smaller ones, I'll put some others up soon

A sub group of the Opuntias are the Tephrocacti

I've done two videos of the small flowering Opuntias, these are made with kind permission of John Betteley, who provided the photographs and narrative

The larger Opuntias are divided into 2 main groups, the flat padded Opuntias that grow mainly on the North American continent.

And the rounded Opuntias that mainly grow on the Southern American continent.
