Brown grass post fertilizer

I am having brown spots on the lawn where I put in liquid fertilizer. Any idea how to fix it?

Water. 6 inches or more. They are a form of salt.

Aeration, to promote root health. If you have a firm grip on the cultivar you can also overseed and\or plug from existing grass.
