Bought in NorCal

I bought this from home depot inNorCal, and now I can't remember what it's called. When I use plant identification apps, they can't identify it. It's goring well in my dog run, but I'd like to look up its needs, so I can ensure it remains a healthy grower. It started with pink flowers, then they turned white and openned up. Now they are flying away in the wind and produce a delightful citrusy/evergreen smell. Almost like a rosemary scent. Any help would be great!
