Blueberry planting help

Hi Folks,

Planted 4 blueberry plants using one part Miracle-Gro potting mix and one part Sta-Green sphagnum peat moss. I did that ratio of potting soil and peat moss as recommended by a few YouTube videos that showed how to plant blueberries. My question is, will that combination result in a ph balance between 4.5 and 5.5?

I personally don't know. Have you thought of getting those soil testers? Not the lab type, the ones you can do yourself. I hear it's not expensive and the results are pretty quick.

When I planted my blueberries I use composted cow manure and they are doing great,each I top dress them with composted cow manure, most blueberries around here will grow in just about any kind of
soil,I wouldn't worry to much about your ph unless you have sandy soil.
