I don't like using microwave, but I am so scared of eating raw chickens that I will use it to cook the bird first and then roast them. I haven't used a pressure cooker for a long time. I prefer to use a slow cooker and let it stew for the whole night!

I agree! it's hard to control the temperature of a coal fire. I would rather dump the stuff in a microwave first and then in the oven or BBQ!
That's what we do for certain cuts of meat Better to be safe than sorry(y)

I would go eat there but that sure looks like too much work! I noticed somebody mentioned boudain. I need to track down the real deal. This store bought stuff near me cannot be as good as it gets.
