ive searched it on Lens but im getting loads of options .. an Acer, a Maple etc etc

i found it growing on a pavement..it looked interesting and i couldnt see anything like it growing near.so i pulled it up

im in UK ... thats called Apple of Peru... it does look bit like it but dont think leaves look quite the same

Also called Shoo fly plant. But easier to id if given the correct botanical name.

thanks thats just another name for a wrong answer...i can see what you mean...it does look bit like Shoo fly plant. / Nicandra physalodes. but i dont think its that
