We had some hydrangeas bloom very nicely above our boxwood hedge last year. Haven’t been in this house a year yet and never had them before so wanted so advice on pruning. I wasn’t sure what to do as some of them currently look completely dry and dead whereas other only the tops look dead and there is greener stems lower down.
I have attached photos including one from last year I dug out shortly after we moved in.
Any advice is appreciated.
