Think about writing a script and reading it through a couple of times before you start. You don't have to stick to it word for word when you record, but it will mean you have everything in order in your head before you start, and there will be a crisper presentation with fewer "ermm", thought pauses

Thank you for the like, it occurred to me that this is a bit like telling a story, there are key elements, once I have them in order I can present them with varied emphasis , depending who the story is for, but they are like a backbone. Do you have a figure in mind who you are telling this to? I find it helps to have someone, real or imagined, to tell it to; and I'm making it interesting for them.
