My yucca's leaves started to droop and dry up. Wrongly or rightly, I removed the dead/dying leaves and repotted it. The roots were saturated and possibly rotting. Two branches have now completely dropped and the smaller plant is also struggling (see photo).

Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum :)

I suspect that overwatering is the issue here. Does the new pot allow for drainage? You should let it dry out and it should hopefully recover. They only need watering when the top couple of inches feels dry.

I know Yucca is a drought tolerant plant and it needs to be planted in a pot with drainage holes.
