Worried about my Jade Pothos

I’ve had my Pothos for about a month and i see new growth constantly coming in but I do notice other things that don’t look too good also. Some leaves have these small splits on them along with tiny yellow or brown dots. I’ve noticed some leaves are crinkly and curling up. I don’t know why these things are occurring.

Those yellow spots and brown leaf tips look like signs of overwatering to me, which is a really common issue. Pothos, like many other house plants, only needs watering when the top few cm of soil feel dry - so the easy way to know is to stick your fingers in.
