I think this is pretty common, but I've lost it's name and care info...I'm concerned about it's yellow/Browning leaves.

That is a corn plant - Dracaena fragrans. You didn’t ask what to do but I am going to make a suggestion. Take it out of the pot and remove all the soil. Next cut off about 90% of the roots. Let it dry out for a couple of days. If you have multiple trunks, break or cut them apart. You can plant these with no roots and they will thrive. Put the trunks in good potting solid and keep relatively dry. In a year you could have several nice plants.
