What type of plant is this and can you tell me how old it is

I would guess it is an ungrafted sour orange or grapefruit. This usually happens when people try to raise citrus from a seed. Fun to watch grow but worthless as food.

Both the first and second photos are Citrus of some type.
The second one also has a severe infestation of Citrus Leafminer Moth (Phyllocnistis citrella).
