What is this? And how to maintain?

Hello again everyone. Can you help me to ID this plant? And if so, what would be the proper strategy to prune/maintain? I have 2 of these in my front bed and they are starting to get a little out of control. Truth be told, I don't really like them. But at least they do seem to be low maintenance.
