I am pretty sure that it isn’t a Chusan Palm, to say the least. It, perhaps, might be a different specie?

Found out eventually, that it is known as Rhapis Palm.

I noticed you have tip burn on the leaves. Be sure and let the top 50% of the soil of a Rhapis Palm dry out before watering, because they hate wet feet. A Rhapis, like many palms, is sensitive to chlorine, fluoride, and boron in the water. Use rain or filtered RO water to keep the tip burn down. Thanks for sharing your plant with us.

apaargup is correct. More precisely this is the Lady Palm (Rhapsis excelsa), a fan palm in the tribe Coryphoideae, native to eastern China, Hainan, and Vietnam.
