Unfortunately a lot of companies seem to be lacking in customer response these days, but I'm surprised at them doing it. They seem to be a pretty down to earth group of people. At least a simple acknowledgement of receiving your communication would be nice. I would give it another try.

I seen him on the Mike Rowe Dirty Jobs episode. I sent them pics and everything. They didn't reply. I'm sure they get hundreds of emails each day. Not trying to give them a excuse but I did my own research and It seemed like this was the only legit and simple forum. Hell man, i'm 38 and remember forums. I'm glad this place is still around honestly. Twitter and Facebook just isn't good enough lol
