Swedish Ivy Leaf Issues

My swedish Ivy which I've owned as an indoor plant for about 6 months has been steadily growing and looking strong, though recently the tips of some leaves have started turning dark brown which definitely does not look good.

Any thoughts on a potential cause? Could overwatering/root rot be the culprit here?

Yellow leaf margins are a sign of overwatering.

Would the same go for the dark brown tips? They're a bit camouflaged in the picture but quite pronounced once you see them.

Yep, the yellow eventually turns brown.
