Sunflowers under attack?

That is a June Bug. Google June Bug images. Very common just about everywhere and they eat just about anything. They are the cause of the grub worms that eat the roots of lawn grass.
The little buggers can do some damage by the look of it

The sunflower folks seem to think these are Asiatic Garden Beetles. I think they're similar enough to be pretty much the same thing. I'm going to find some beetle control product, give it a try, and maybe see if I can get a sunflower to grow starting from mid– summer. I do have a lot of these things, so maybe I need something longer term, too (maybe nematodes or friendly beetle eating critters?).
