this pear tree was existing when I bought my new house. i think it's some kind of asian pear. very big round yellow skinned fruit. it grew great fruit the first 2 years but this year most of the fruit is shriveled and looks like they are infested. they are growing in the north texas area. what is attacking them? and how can I treat it? any help would really be appreciated. thanks.

Keep the soil aerated around the base of the plant after every rain or watering. Keep the leaves picked up and never let tap water hit the leaves from the water hose. .
