Snap Pea and tomato problems - Fusarium wilt?

I've been struggling with snap peas and tomatoes the last year or so, and I'm worried it could be fusarium wilt. The fact that the snap peas are dying from the ground up makes me suspect fusarium wilt. Anyone have experience with FW or verticillium wilt? Or is this more likely to be something else (weather too hot, overwatering, etc.) Thanks!

Take the plant or vine and cut it around ground level and look for brown streaks in the veins. Normal veins are green. That is what chokes the plant to death. It can't uptake the nutrients. Here is a good example of what your looking for:
