Hey all,

Hoping somebody would be kind enough to identify what is going on in the picture. I’ve noticed my plant drooping recently and shedding lots of her leaves.

I checked the soil this morning and it looks rather suspect. I’m assuming this is some form of eggs or fungus growth?

thanks in advance.
Jack

Hello and welcome to GF
It looks like fungal growth to me. Try to scrape the top layer of soil and replace it with some new, it could be how much you water it.

It's a harmless organic matter decomposing fungus feeding on the potting soil. No need to disturb the soil. It will grow up into whatever soil you put on top too.
