Planting two new small grapes vines

Hello. I have two small (1.5 foot tall) grafted grape vines. But, I only have one place to plant them. Can I plant them in the same hole? Maybe leaving 4-5 inches between them. Thanks in advance. By the way , they are Red Globe and a black seedless variety I do not know the name of.

NO. Grapevines should be planted at the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of 5 feet apart, preferably about 10+ feet apart.
