I see quite few of these mushrooms in my frontyard. Not sure if I should get rid of them or let them be. I have little kids that might walk barefoot around and on these. Also do they cause any harm to the lawn itself? Lawn is Marathon.
Should I be worried about these?

I wouldn't take the chance if you have little kids that might eat them. If they walk on them it won't hurt them. It's a good idea either way to wash their feet when they are done playing barefoot outside because you never know what they might step in.
