Should i be worried about these?

I have two apricot trees whose leaves are now infested with aphid eggs (see pic). Are these guys damaging the tree? If so what can be done?

They do a little damage by sucking sap out if the leaves but not enough to be a real big problem. The tree should be losing its leaves soon so that should control them. If you really want to get rid of them now, you can use a strong spray of water from a hose to knock them off.
