I’m new to gardening, but I wanted to try to find a seedless variety of oranges and or mandarines that can be shipped/sold to Texas.

Is there any way to locate where to buy this from? Unfortunately, all my searches online have failed.

It is against Texas law to import ANY citrus plants into the state. Any and all citrus plants sold in Texas must be grown in Texas.
