Scarring on Lemons

Hey guys I found that my Meyer lemons have been coming out with scarring. What could be causing this and how can I solve it? I attached a picture below so you guys can know what I mean.

Looks a lot like Citrus Scab. It is treatable with copper fungicide but I would talk with someone knowledgeable locally like your extension agent first as to when to start and how often to spray and what to spray.
