Rose disease? Can you tell me whats eating my roses?

The white stuff on your rose leaves is most likely powdery mildew, a fungal disease common in roses. Post a photo of the whole plant if you can.

hmm, unfortunate background but those are holes aren't they? Well that creature has a mouth rather than a siipy straw like a stink bug. Its chewing a round bite as if it were wide (think JAWS) so is probably a beetle or caterpillar. Definite teeth which means feed it a edible poison. One thing the rosarian crowd does is use a 3n1 product which contains a insecticide.
