Relaxing gardening?

I have started gardening to relax a bit and it works!

Is there any type of gardening that's more relaxing than others?

Like vege gardening or just plants or lawn?

Just curious if anyone has found any type of gardening more relaxing than others?

I find this is the most relaxing form of gardening.
