They are tulameen which I believe to be floricanes…

They have been cut back but will these cut canes produce fruit in the coming summer?? Or will I have to wait till year after??

Those canes will produce since they are last years growth. The nodes will grow and produce flowers.

The only issue is that they are short so the fruit might touch the ground.

Try a primocane varierty. They produce on current years growth and last years growth so you can get 2 crops a year. One in the summer and one in the fall. You can also cut them all down every year and just get the fall crop.
