Problem with roses. New buds dying.

Hey guys!

I am new to rose growing. I have a rose in a container and a few of the new buds are dying off. I have been trying to google stuff but no luck! I attached some pictures of the problem. Any help?

From what I see you have two problems. The first and main problem is you are watering too much/often. The second problem is that it looks like you have thrips insects starting to accumulate.

Picture 3 looks like you have some old leaves in it, keep the dead leaves and other stuff out of the plant will help with air flow. Chuck is right insects, cut down on your watering
