After I setup my indoor strawberry garden I was able to harvest couple of them but the problem is they are sour than when they are outside. I guess will be the natural sun give the sweetness. Also, the one outside tends to be way smaller than inside. My indoor ones seems to be unusually large for everbearing? Any tip on how to fix this? If I cant fix this I will replace this with a different variety. The color is not as deep red like the outside, should I wait more?

Are they under lights 24/7?

I cannot help much, but I have heard sweetness in fruits are increased by restricting water so the sugar keeps concentrated in the fruit, giving it too much water may give a less sweet fruit.
