Potted plants dying

Can anyone help, same flower in each pots but one is dying and I really don’t know what to do.
what am I doing wrong?

Take the plant in question out of the container gently without hurting the roots and take a look. Is it bone dry or too wet? Make sure the drainage hole is clear for good drainage while its out of the container.
