I'd like to hear from other people with experience using plant pairing for pest management. I've had great success growing chives around my lettuce; the chives keep insects from eating the lettuce! I have heard tobacco is a great pest protector. What are some of your most successful plant guardians?

I have a bunch of things planted in with my veg plants and in pots around them. I learned about petunias deterring tomato hornworms this year and so far it seems to be working. I wish I could plant something around my yard to discourage the snails! They are much more of a pain this year than worms/unwanted caterpillars.

Hi there, we had never done this before. When we had pest infestation in our garden, it was so severe that we had to call upon a exterminator in Manhattan NYC. Well, beneficial pest can be of some use.
