Pink rose memories

When I was growing up my parents had a pink rose growing in the back yard. I wish I knew what it was and where I could get it (if it would even grow here in the northeast since I grew up in Florida. The blooms were about 3 inches across, really double and highly scented. It was a light pink. The bush was hardy - never any blackspot or disease of any kind. Would root easily too. It bloomed like a floribunda.

There are thousands of different roses posiepurrs so trying to identify your rose is probably almost impossible, unless of course you have a photo.

Oh I know that. It probably doesn’t even exist any more- that was a LONG time ago.
